You can sign up by contacting us via phone, email, chatbot or contact form. The signup and onboarding process is quick and straightforward. Goals can be definied for each project and the progress can be tracked through a variety of tools, including ClickUp which we use internally.

Will there be someone taking care of my needs as a client? Who is that point person who will help me get things done?

Each BizScale client is assigned an account manager. We also have a quality control process where we pore through converstations between BizScale and clients to ensure the best service possible.

How do I pay?

We have a variety of billing options available. Our most popular model is weekly billing via where your credit card on file is charged upon the approval of timesheets.

What if I have complaints? Where do I go and who do I talk to?

Any issues or concerns should be raised immediately with your account manager. If you are not able to resolve your issue through your account manager, email for an immediate response and quick resolution.
